TF - Techno-Organic Cyclonus

EDIT: Oh hey these guys are called Techno-Organic, not Trans-Organics, huh?

Sometimes when I browse DA, I see things that make me facepalm, shake my head, scream at fail, you get the picture. There's a lot of awesome, but there's also a lot of not so awesome. Sometimes I'll find something that in itself has potential, but has a rather...less than stellar execution. And sometimes, well, with these, I go, "I know I can do better than what's already there."

So I give it my own take.

It's not just about being selfishly arrogant, though...okay, it sort of is. I also take the opportunity for practice and improvement. such as here, working with the male body and character designs/sheeting/ect. Along with taking an established design and doing a variation thereof.

The rules of the 'contest' say it should be a self insert, but after talking with one of the judges...I've been okayed to enter this guy. All things considered, though, he does exemplify a few of my rather...not so happyperky qualities (is the tone of these comments arrogant enough? sheesh!) but I'm not considering Chris an AU me. Rather, he's an Olsan/Alternate of Cyclonus himself. Or maybe Culnen to myself. (Or to Cyclonus in the specific 'verse. [Likely only three people MAX will get that phrasing. Oh well.])

Oh, hey, wait, I need to make a bio for him! With that said, I would like to note that there's no rule that says you have to mix your/your character's name into their alias. So, in the words of Robin Williams: fuck that.

NAME: Christian Torrence. Goes by Chris.
ALIAS: Typhoon
AGE: 19
OCCUPATION: Part time dance tutor; also competitive dancer
WEAPON: Arm/Legblades
PERSONALITY: Quiet. Apathetic. Is the King of Blank Stares. Cold, to the point of being condescending. It's not that he thinks he's better than you, he knows he's better than you, and while he doesn't scream the fact it's pretty clear in the way he treats other people that he feels that they're not worth his time. With this in mind, he's rather curious why he works with the Decepticons - much less follows orders - but he does, and he doesn't question said orders. His goals and motives remain to be seen. For all anyone knows, he's just along for the ride, and to see others crash and burn...
TL;DR - Not a nice guy. If I see him paired with anyone, I'm going to facepalm. He would make the Worst Boyfriend Ever, srsly
BACKGROUND: Adopted into his family, Chris never truly bonded with his foster parents. He never truly bonded with anyone or anything, really. He did what was required and expected of him, and, in some cases, did exceptionally well; that said, he never showed any enjoyment in it. He joined with a 'friend' in his street dance crew only because said friend pressured him into it, and because said friend knew he had talent with dancing, period. Not skill - skill is earned from practice. This was a natural grace and form and ability. Sure, he didn't 'get' some of the moves at first, but he learned quickly. Very quickly.
Aside from the crew, he also followed more formal dance training, his parents hoping that he'd care about that, at least. If he did, he didn't show it, though it was something he seemed to have a natural talent for. That said, with the other side of his dancing - the street competitions - it might have been inevitable that someone be a sore loser. Said sore loser decided it would be good to corner Chris when he was alone, with the intention on beating him in another way; all things considered, Chris would have been outmatched if not for one thing:
He wasn't fully human. Not that he knew it until then, but suffice it to say that he knew afterwards. He cared about this about as much as he did dancing; that was to say, enough to do some practice, but other than that, well..
MISC NOTES: Yes, Chris is a 'natural' techno-organic - insomuch as one can be, with the result of a protoform scanning a human base. For the purposes of the design, it's rather unimportant who said protoform scanned. His parents, while well intentioned, are somewhat absent minded and have also somewhat given up in trying to get Chris to give a rat's ass about things. As such, he pretty much has free reign as long as he follows a few rules - no drugs, stay in school, get ready for college, ect. He doesn't care enough to argue.
